Our Delivery Leadership Associate acts as a partner to our Delivery Market Manager and takes ownership for the business through the leadership of our team of distribution professionals. The primary focus of this role is to provide an exceptional customer experience. If you enjoy leading others and are looking for a place to make an impact we’d love to get to know you.
The individual in this role will be responsible for leading the Merchandise Quality process prior to a customer’s delivery. This includes staff members in Merchandise Quality, Inventory and Repairs departments.
Our Delivery Leadership Associate works a Monday - Friday schedule from 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Successful candidates will have experience leading a team of distribution/delivery professionals, ideally in a customer focused environment. They will bring experience in logistics, delivery/distribution and/or retail management with an operational focus. They are results oriented, strategic, collaborative and take a customer centric approach to their work. They possess strong communication, technical and interpersonal skills and have the ability to build strong relationships.
