Our Delivery Leadership Associate acts as a partner to our Delivery Market Manager and takes ownership for the business through the leadership of our team of distribution professionals.  The primary focus of this role is to provide an exceptional customer experience. The individual in this role will be responsible for leading the Merchandise Quality process prior to a customer’s delivery.   This includes staff members in Merchandise Quality, Inventory and Repairs departments.  

 

Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate a culture of rich personal connections with our team of 32 staff members supporting their success as they strive to provide exceptional service to our customers throughout the delivery process.
  • Facilitate the efficient flow of inventory through the facility, understanding its relationship to a successful customer experience.
  • With emphasis on the first date of delivery, strategize and support processes that promote efficiencies.
  • Foster a collaborative environment that focuses on providing our customers with the highest quality product.
  • Focus on staff member development, supporting experiences that enrich their careers, support their personal and professional growth and foster a learning environment.
  • Support all financial and operational aspects of the business and protects company assets.
  • Meet or exceed key delivery and distribution measures.

 

Hours:

 

Our Delivery Leadership Associate works a Monday - Friday schedule from 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

 

Successful candidates will have experience leading a team of distribution/delivery professionals, ideally in a customer focused environment. They will bring experience in logistics, delivery/distribution and/or retail management with an operational focus. They are results oriented, strategic, collaborative and take a customer centric approach to their work. They possess strong communication, technical and interpersonal skills and have the ability to build strong relationships.
