About our Customer Support Associates:

 

Our Customer Support Associates have a unique role focused on creating a seamless delivery experience for our customers. They work in an office setting within our Delivery Centers and facilitate customer deliveries, being mindful of both the customers’ needs as well as delivery team efficiencies.

 

Room & Board stands behind its entire product line - Our Customer Support Associates work in partnership with both retail and delivery team members to uphold this commitment.

 

Because of the nature of this role, our Customer Support Associates work with customers primarily over the phone - They enjoy this type of interaction and have excellent verbal communication skills.

 

Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Facilitate the customer’s delivery experience by providing exceptional service.
  • Trouble-shoot and schedule product repair visits.
  • Communicate the service process to our customers as a viable solution to resolve a product quality issue.
  • Educate the customer about the nuances of the delivery process and anticipate any obstacles and challenges.
  • Collaborate with staff members in our stores and distribution centers to ensure a smooth delivery process for the customer.
  • Manage final payment as needed.

Hours:  

  • The schedule for this particular opportunity will be Tuesday - Saturday from 8:00am to 4:30pm.
