    As our Email Marketing Manager, you will work as the sole person dedicated to executing quality email programs (50% marketing campaigns / 50% transactional) in strong partnership with a highly collaborative and functioning strategic team while interacting with other internal collaborators and vendor partners. You will play an important role in executing our digital vision, which is focused on the delivery of relevant, timely, content-rich emails.

     

    Reporting to the Director of Web Customer Experience, and working within an agile environment, you will be responsible for the production of emails through the use of HTML/CSS coding and dynamic scripting languages. You will also lead the testing, proofreading and deployment of email campaigns. You will work collaboratively across teams/functions (marketing, developers, merchants) as you gather and develop content elements, making this position a great opportunity to learn several aspects of the business while putting your email production know-how to work.

    The Experience, Skills and Education you bring:

    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, computer science, communications or a relevant field strongly preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
    • 2+ years of experience building, coding, optimizing and deploying email campaigns and triggered sends.
    • Hands-on experience working in an email platform; Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience is strongly preferred.
    • A solid understanding of email best practices, audience segmentation and email marketing including targeting and A/B testing, deliverability/inboxing, sender score/reputation, CAN-SPAM regulations and metrics.
    • Proficiency in email coding – HTML, CSS and AMPScript or a similar dynamic scripting language.
