As a Full-Time Cleaning Associate with Room & Board, you’re not just a “cleaning” person. You’re a confident professional who takes great pride in creating an atmosphere that is comfortable for all staff members and visitors. You are self-directed and have a high set of standards that cannot be broken down when you run into an obstacle. Our Cleaning Associates work as a team and collaborate with one another to ensure our beautiful office building interiors and exteriors are maintained at the highest level.
This full-time, fully-benefited position is located at our Central Office in Golden Valley, MN (4600 Olson Memorial Highway Golden Valley, MN 55422) with working hours of 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. You will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining offices, meeting & break rooms/space, restrooms, fitness center and locker rooms in our Golden Valley campus. As a successful candidate, you have a genuine appreciation for a clean, professional work environment and a keen eye for detail. For you, it’s the little things that make a big difference and you aren’t afraid to take the initiative. Ideally, you’ll bring some cleaning experience and will also have light maintenance experience (although, we are open to considering other backgrounds and experiences). You have excellent communication skills, enjoy working at a steady pace and are recognized for interacting and collaborating within a diverse environment. The physical nature of this role requires that you have the ability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds and pass a pre-employment physical.
