Join our team as a Facilities Manager, where you'll take the lead in fostering strong relationships with our retail and distribution/delivery center partners. You will be the trusted resource for our leaders, providing expert guidance and advice on all things related to facility management. In this role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining the safety, functionality, and overall environment of these key locations. You’ll work closely with site leaders, vendors, and contractors to ensure smooth operations, and you'll be given the autonomy to proactively keep these spaces operational and inspiring for both staff and customers. Reporting directly to the Director of Real Estate & Construction, you’ll collaborate with two peers to drive success throughout the organization.

This is a hybrid role with a minimum of 3 days in the office, including some flexibility to support the team and/or business needs.
As a Facilities Manager you will share your talents in the following ways:
- Exceptional Relationship Building: You’ll proactively partner with location managers, leadership teams, and vendors, offering expert advice on facility-related matters. As the go-to resource, you'll manage vendor relationships to ensure high-quality service and alignment with business needs, fostering strong partnerships that support smooth operations and efficient problem-solving.
- Problem Solver: With your understanding of construction means and methods, you’ll identify and address issues early, troubleshoot effectively, and resolve problems quickly to minimize disruption. Whether handling building systems or urgent facility matters, your ability to find solutions will be crucial to success.
- Construction & Property Management Knowledge: Drawing from prior experience in facilities, construction, property management, or construction administration, you’ll use your technical expertise to navigate the complexities of building systems and processes while managing a wide range of facility projects.
- Financial Acumen: You’ll manage budgets, assess project costs, and provide financial planning support for capital improvements, repairs, and services. A basic understanding of construction finance will be essential for making fiscally responsible decisions that align with business priorities.
- Agility & Adaptability: This role requires someone who can quickly adapt to changing needs and priorities. You will need to juggle reactive facility issues with long-term planning, always maintaining a high level of organization and ensuring timely follow-through.
- Communication Skills: You’ll regularly coordinate with internal teams and external contractors, ensuring successful project delivery while minimizing any negative impact to the team and customers. Clear, effective communication will be key in keeping all parties informed and aligned.
- Efficiency & Process Improvement: Your ability to streamline processes and improve efficiencies across documentation, workflows, and resource management will contribute to the overall success of the team and company-wide initiatives.
- Sustainability, Safety & Security Support: You will also play a key role in supporting company-wide sustainability, safety, and security efforts, ensuring that facility operations align with these important initiatives to promote a safe, secure, and environmentally responsible workplace.
The qualifications and experiences you bring as a Facilities Manager:
- 5+ years in facilities management, property management, or roles with a strong customer service and project management focus.
- Solid understanding of construction means, methods, and systems, with experience in facilities, property management, or construction administration.
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets, with a keen ability to apply basic construction finance knowledge.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build relationships across internal and external teams.
- Proven problem-solving abilities, with a strong analytical mindset and ability to manage issues quickly and efficiently.
- Exceptional organizational skills and a track record of timely follow-through and issue resolution.
- Solid organization skills with a track record for timely follow through and issue resolution.
- Experience with building system issues and solutions is preferred, though not required.

- Salary: $85,000 - $105,000 / year.
