As a Customer Service Manager | Warehouse Manager, you’ll report to and be a strong partner to our Delivery Market Manager, joining a team of five leadership peers who work collaboratively to lead and inspire a team of over 60 staff members. Your individual focus will be leading and developing of of 10 Customer Support Associates—those who guide and educate customers throughout the delivery process, ensuring a smooth and thoughtful experience. This is a high-impact, hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.

 

 

Location: 4600 Olson Memorial Highway, Golden Valley, MN

 

Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday (Tu–F 9:30a–6p, Sa 8:30a–5p), with additional hours and flexibility as needed to fulfill the responsibilities of the role.

 

How you'll contribute as a Customer Service Manager | Warehouse Manager:

  • Lead from the floor, supporting associates in real time as they navigate customer interactions and delivery logistics.

  • Coach and develop staff members, fostering personal and professional growth.

  • Collaborate with fellow leaders to maintain a cohesive, high-performing team.

  • Promote operational excellence by supporting safe, clean, and efficient work environments across delivery and warehouse functions.

  • Manage financial and operational aspects with fiscal responsibility and long-term business health in mind.

What you bring to the role as a Customer Service Manager | Warehouse Manager:

  • 3+ years of leadership experience in warehouse, logistics, delivery, inventory, distribution, or retail management, ideally in a customer-facing environment.

  • Proven ability to coach and develop talent. You are dedicated to enriching the lives of your team by helping them grow both personally and professionally.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a belief that team development drives success.

  • Passion for customer service and problem solving, with a hands-on approach to team support and leadership.

  • Clear, motivating communication style—setting expectations, offering timely feedback, and recognizing achievements.

  • Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and collaborate on business strategies informed by customer needs and market dynamics.

  • Confident with technology and quick to learn new tools, systems, and platforms that help you work smarter and more efficiently. 
  • Ability to provide proof of identity and legal work authorization upon hire.

  • Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 / year, depending on experience.
