Our part-time (3-day) Design/Retail Sales Associate role offers an amazing way to balance your current life’s work with a fulfilling career. As a valued member of our collaborative design team, you’ll leverage technology, tools, and resources to create a rich and engaging experience that helps customers craft homes and spaces they love.
Our full-time (5-day) Design/Retail Sales Associate role offers the same rewarding experience on a five-day schedule, including weekends, with 8-hour shifts. You’ll receive the same generous benefits and work alongside a team of skilled professionals in an inspiring environment. In this role, you’ll use your design expertise and innovative tools to deliver personalized solutions, helping customers create spaces that reflect their style and values.

Store hours:
Monday – Friday: 11 a.m. - 7 p.m.
Saturday: 10 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Sunday: 11 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Schedule:
Part-time (3-day) Design Associate: Monday, Saturday, Sunday
Full-time (5-day) Design Associate: Either Tuesday - Saturday, with Sunday and Monday off, or Saturday - Wednesday with Thursday and Friday off.
*Schedules will be confirmed at the point of offer.
You’ll enjoy one weekend off every 4 weeks. The week in which you have the weekend off, your (2) weekend shifts will be scheduled during the weekday you are typically off, so flexibility with your schedule is necessary. To allow you to easily balance your other life priorities, we build out schedules for an entire month and release them a few weeks prior to the start of each month.
