Help Drive Better Business Decisions Through Financial Insight, Partnership, and Continuous Improvement.

At Room & Board, strong financial stewardship helps us invest in our people, grow our business, and create exceptional experiences for our customers. Behind every strategic decision is accurate financial information, thoughtful analysis, and trusted business partnerships.

As our General Ledger Accountant, you'll go beyond traditional month-end close activities to make a meaningful impact across the organization. You'll join a collaborative Finance team that values curiosity, initiative, and strong business partnerships.

This is an opportunity to combine technical accounting expertise with financial analysis and business partnership. You'll own balance sheet forecasting and reconciliations, monthly accruals, Central function P&L forecasting, payroll account analysis, banking relationships, and cost analysis that help leaders make informed decisions. If you're a self-starter who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and partnering across the business, you'll find plenty of opportunities to grow and make an impact here.

Why Room & Board?

As a 100% employee-owned company, every eligible staff member shares in our success through our Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). Ownership isn't just part of our benefits—it shapes how we work together. As employee owners, we think long-term, support one another, and take pride in creating exceptional experiences for our customers and each other.

Here, you'll join a collaborative culture where your ideas matter, your work has a direct impact, and your contributions help strengthen our people, our business, and the communities we serve.
