Outlet Associate - Product Handler (Part-Time)

Spend your weekends staying active, working with great people and helping customers create homes they love! Join our Golden Valley Outlet team in a fast-paced, warehouse retail environment where you'll work hands-on with beautiful furniture and help create an exceptional customer experience.

As a Weekend Warehouse Associate, you'll play an important role in keeping furniture moving, preparing products for customers and supporting a busy outlet where every weekend brings something different.

Pay: $18.50/hour
Schedule: Saturdays, 9:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m. and Sundays, 10:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m. (average of 5 weekend shifts per month)
Location: 4600 Olson Memorial Highway, Golden Valley, MN

You bring the following qualities to be a successful Weekend Warehouse Associate:

• Enjoy active, hands-on work with our furniture. Safely move, lift, stage and arrange furniture and accessories throughout our outlet using appropriate equipment and team assistance.
• Help customers bring their furniture home. Wrap and prepare furniture for pickup or delivery and safely load product into customers' vehicles.
• Keep our outlet looking its best. Organize and arrange furniture and accessories to create an inviting, easy-to-shop experience for customers.
• Create an exceptional customer experience. Engage with customers, answer questions and provide friendly, helpful service throughout their visit.
• Bring a great sense of camaraderie. Work collaboratively with your teammates, adapt to changing priorities and pitch in where needed to keep things running smoothly during busy weekends.

The qualifications and experiences you'll bring as a Weekend Warehouse Associate:

• Enjoys physically active, hands-on work in a fast-paced warehouse retail environment.
• Strength and stamina to regularly lift and move furniture, including heavy or bulky items, using appropriate equipment and team assistance.
• Comfortable spending most of your shift standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting and moving furniture.
• An understanding of safe working practices and the importance of handling furniture safely and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.
• A customer-focused approach with a positive attitude and strong communication skills.
• Previous retail, warehouse, furniture handling or customer service experience preferred.
• Available to consistently work the required weekend schedule
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Ability to provide proof of identity and legal work authorization upon hire.
